Once enrolled in Amgen® Support Plus, you can sign up for helpful medication reminders. These reminders can be delivered through email or text message. You can choose to receive reminders for prescription refills, reminders that it’s time to take Repatha®, or both.
Within the medication reminder program registration section on Repatha.com, specific to the text message option, you will be asked to provide the following information:

This is important to provide so the text messages are delivered at an appropriate time of day
Once you enroll in Amgen® Support Plus and choose to receive medication reminders, specific to the text medication reminder program option, you will receive a welcome text message from 72328 confirming your desire to enroll in the Repatha® medication text reminder program. You will need to reply “YES” to confirm enrollment. Should you not confirm enrollment, you will not be enrolled in receiving text medication reminders for Repatha®. See below for message example:

Depending upon the provided information on how often you take Repatha®, and how often you refill your Repatha® prescription, text medication reminders will be sent based on that timing and the date provided as to when you want to receive your first reminder.

The amount of text medication reminders received will vary per month based on your registration preference. On average, you may receive 2-4 messages per month.
You can opt out of the Amgen® Support Plus medication reminder program at any time by calling 1-844-REPATHA (1-844-737-2842).
Should you have any questions about Repatha® or the Amgen® Support Plus Patient Support Program, please do not reply to any text message sent to you through the reminder program, as responses are not monitored. Do not use Repatha® if you are allergic to evolocumab or to any of the ingredients in Repatha®.
Before you start using Repatha®, tell your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions, including if you are allergic to rubber or latex, are pregnant or plan to become pregnant, or are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed. The needle covers on the single-dose prefilled syringes and the inside of the needle caps on the single-dose prefilled SureClick® autoinjectors contain dry natural rubber. The single-dose Pushtronex® system (on-body infusor with prefilled cartridge) is not made with natural rubber latex.
Tell your healthcare provider or pharmacist about any prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, or herbal supplements you take.
What are the possible side effects of Repatha®?
Repatha® can cause serious side effects including serious allergic reactions. Stop taking Repatha® and call your healthcare provider or seek emergency help right away if you have any of these symptoms: trouble breathing or swallowing, raised bumps (hives), rash or itching, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, throat or arms.
The most common side effects of Repatha® include: runny nose, sore throat, symptoms of the common cold, flu or flu-like symptoms, back pain, high blood sugar levels (diabetes) and redness, pain, or bruising at the injection site.
Tell your healthcare provider if you have any side effect that bothers you or that does not go away.
